Sunday Tune Ups offer discussion, meditation, practical spiritual tips, inspirational guidance, introduction to various holistic methods, and fellowship with heart centered, like-minded persons.

Program begins and concludes promptly 11:30am-1:00pm, so you can explore the beautiful store, walk the labyrinth and rest in the garden.

Various gifted facilitators rotate weekly with backgrounds in meditation, sound healing, shamanism, Reiki, ministry, intuitive art, crystals, and other helpful spiritual tools.
